The Sassy Pelican (Bungalow 103) is a two-bedroom vacation rental in Seagrove Beach, Florida, near Scenic Highway 30A. Enjoy a covered upper balcony, a full kitchen, in-home laundry and access to two shared community pools and a hot tub.

The open living area brings sectional seating, a television, dining space and the kitchen together. An island with three stools gives you a place to sit over breakfast or keep company while a meal comes together. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and coffee station.

Both bedrooms are upstairs: a king bed in the primary bedroom, and a queen bed, twin bed and bunk bed in the second bedroom. A covered upper balcony has outdoor seating and views of the community. A stacked washer and dryer are tucked into the laundry closet. Stairs are part of the home’s layout.

The community has two shared outdoor pools, a hot tub and a landscaped pond.

Arrival & practical information

• Check-in begins at 4 PM Central; check-out is by 10 AM Central. Keypad entry lets you arrive after check-in time using the code supplied for your stay.
• A maximum of two vehicles is permitted per bungalow. Parking is unassigned and first come, first served in the shared community parking areas. Do not park along the street, on grass, or at neighboring properties.
• Bedrooms are upstairs. Guests must be comfortable using stairs; the home is not wheelchair accessible.
• Beach access: walk along Somerset Bridge Road toward 30A for nearby public beach access. Allow approximately 5–10 minutes, depending on your pace and chosen access. Seagrove Regional Beach Access at 3910 E. County Highway 30A has restrooms, rinse showers and an accessible dune walkover. View county beach-access details.
• The two outdoor community pools and hot tub are shared with other guests and residents. Follow posted hours and rules. There is no lifeguard; children under 18 require adult supervision.
• Keep bath towels and linens in the bungalow. Bring your own beach towels, and ask us about current beach equipment before packing.
• No pets, smoking, vaping or events. The primary renter must be at least 25. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM Central.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
