Before you book
These details apply to direct reservations on this website. Review your quote and rental agreement before completing your reservation.
- Payment: Full payment is due at booking.
- Cleaning and taxes: The current cleaning fee is $220 per stay. Applicable taxes are itemized in your quote. Select dates and guest counts above, then open See Details to review the total.
- Security deposit: A separate $500 card hold is scheduled three days before arrival, with automatic release scheduled five days after departure, subject to any charges under your rental agreement. Your bank controls when released funds become available.
- Cancellation: Review the current refund percentages and deadlines for Bungalow 103 or Bungalow 144 in Rates & Availability before continuing. The cancellation terms also appear in your quote and rental agreement.
- Arrival and departure: Check-in begins at 4 PM Central; check-out is by 10 AM Central. Keypad access is provided for your reserved stay.
- House rules: Primary renter age 25 or older. No pets, smoking, vaping or events. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM Central. Bedrooms are upstairs; these homes require stairs and are not wheelchair accessible.
