The Coastal Designer (Bungalow 144) is a two-bedroom Seagrove Beach vacation rental near Scenic Highway 30A, with room for up to six guests. Settle into the blue sectional living area, prepare meals in the kitchen, and enjoy two shared community pools and a hot tub.

The open living, dining and kitchen spaces make it easy to spend time together. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave, with an island and three stools beside the dining area.

Both bedrooms are upstairs: a king bed in the primary bedroom, and a queen bed, twin bed and bunk bed in the second bedroom. A stacked washer and dryer are in the downstairs half bathroom. Stairs connect the floors.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for guest use. Bring your own beach towels and personal beach essentials.

Arrival & practical information

• Check-in begins at 4 PM Central; check-out is by 10 AM Central. Keypad entry lets you arrive after check-in time using the code supplied for your stay.
• Community parking is free and first come, first served, with up to two spaces for Bungalow 144. No street, grass or neighboring-property parking.
• Bedrooms are upstairs. Guests must be comfortable using stairs; the home is not wheelchair accessible.
• Beach access: walk along Somerset Bridge Road toward 30A for nearby public beach access. Allow approximately 5–10 minutes, depending on your pace and chosen access. Seagrove Regional Beach Access at 3910 E. County Highway 30A has restrooms, rinse showers and an accessible dune walkover. View county beach-access details.
• The two outdoor community pools and hot tub are shared with other guests and residents. Follow posted hours and rules. There is no lifeguard; children under 18 require adult supervision.
• Keep bath towels and linens in the bungalow. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for guest use. Bring sunscreen, personal beach towels and your preferred beach essentials.
• No pets, smoking, vaping or events. The primary renter must be at least 25. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM Central.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
