Public Beach Access from the Bungalows at Seagrove

  • Posted on

Seagrove Regional Beach Access is a public beach access at 3910 E. County Highway 30A, with restrooms, rinse showers and an accessible dune walkover. From the Bungalows at Seagrove community on Somerset Bridge Road, allow approximately 5–10 minutes to walk to nearby public access, depending on your starting point, pace and route.

Use a public access—not simply the closest path

A path toward the water is not necessarily a public entrance. Some nearby entrances serve private property. Follow public-access signs and use the county-designated entrance; do not cross private property or assume a neighboring community’s access is included with your stay.

Start by heading along Somerset Bridge Road toward 30A. Before leaving, open walking directions to Seagrove Regional Beach Access and check the current route. Allow extra time for children, traffic crossings and a loaded wagon.

What facilities are there?

Walton County identifies restrooms, rinse showers, an accessible dune walkover, bicycle parking and vehicle parking at this access. An accessible beach entrance does not make either bungalow wheelchair accessible: the homes have upstairs bedrooms.

Plan a lighter walk

Pack what you can comfortably carry back at the end of a hot beach day. Check your bungalow’s equipment details rather than assuming every home has the same chairs or wagon. Walking time is an estimate, not a promise of a fixed distance or an unobstructed route.

See Walton County’s official access information for facilities and beach-operations information. Check current posted beach rules and conditions when you visit.
